Krone rear mounted disc mower conditioner with a working width of 2.4 meters and featuring the Easycut cutterbar system with a new wedge shaped profile for easier cutting. The conditioner is a flail type conditioner with a two speed gearbox, and adjustable checker plate for intensive conditioning.

• Advanced cutter bar: The new shape of the mower cutterbar makes it possible, flat mowing for pastures, higher mowing in long stemmed grass. Naturally Krone still gives you an enclosed and fully welded cutterbar, thus there are no oil leakages or any distortion even after years of use. Low transmission speeds and large spur gears ensure that power is transfered to the cutting disc's in an absolutlely smooth and even way
• Large Drive Gears: All the drive power in the cutterbar is transferred via the large spur gears - at a speed of only 850 rpm. This ensures extremely quiet operation even under sustained loads. The auxiliary drives for the mower discs are positioned to the front of the cutterbar
• Cutterbar Protection: Replaceable stops have been placed on the front of the cutterbar to improve the cutting result and protect the cutterbar from damage
• Direct Drive: Krone disc mowers now have a tensionally locked direct drive via shafts and gearbox, ensuring absolutely reliable transmission of power from the tractor power shaft to the cutterbar
• Adjustable Lower Link Arms:The adjustable lower link arms allow you to modify the mower to suit any tractor track width (within reason), The mowers also have a safety breakaway unit (Coil Spring) which reacts quickly, safely and reliably
• Flail Type Conditioner: The conditioner has a three step gearbox (0,600 or 900 rpm). It is fitted with V Steel tines which pivot out of the way when a foreign object pass's through the conditioner. The conditioner is the full width of the cutterbar and has an adjustable checker plate roof which can be adjusted closer to the tines for increased conditioning intensity or further away to reduce the conditioning effect. The conditioner can be swung out of the way and the drive shaft removed for jobs where the conditioner is not required. There is also a full width spreading hood available as an option for this machine which further improves drying time of the cut material reducing the need for at least one pass of the tedder.
