If you need to reduce or defer your loan repayments as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please send us a request through the contact form below.
This allows for a payment reduction or deferral for 1, 2 or 3 months. This means that your loan will be extended for the same number of months as the deferral. If your account has interest, this will continue to accrue during the reduced or deferred period.
